Product Description
This support bracket carries and positions a specific component or piping run on the MAN 16/24, for example the exhaust manifold or a mounted pump, and has to permanently absorb both the static weight and the vibration of a running engine.
A fatigued or cracked support usually first shows up in practice as increased vibration or noise from the component it carries, well before the bracket itself visibly fails. Checking for cracks is therefore a valuable preventive measure.
