Product Description
This flange forms a mating interface on the MAN 16/24, for example for a pipe, shaft or pump connection, and has to reliably handle both the mechanical load and the sealing at that interface.
Slight deformation or pitting on the flange's sealing face is often hard to spot with the naked eye, but can still cause a leak as soon as the corresponding gasket is replaced. Checking flatness is therefore part of our standard inspection.
